Many people join the gym or a healthier lifestyle for this one reason, losing fat. But, is it as difficult as it seems? Do you really need to just eat chicken and salad for weeks? The short answer is no. First of all, let's look at this graphic, as always:
When it comes to losing fat, CALORIES are king. Forget "keto diet", "intermittent fasting", etc. because if you're still eating over your calories, you won't lose any weight. Good thing about these diets is that they create the ADHERENCE that you need to keep on losing fat, but, if you want to keep it simple, just count your calories. It may seem boring at first, but when you're able to eat that ice cream still lose fat, oh honey, that's amazing!
